General Business Unit 3 of Dishang Group was established in 1998, now it is integrating clothing design, fabric development, production, export and other one-stop services. Mainly good at Men's and Women's woolen coats, half coats, windbreakers, casual wears, workwear and other products. The annual export volume exceeds 2 million pieces of clothes, and the annual export value exceeds 50 million US dollars.

General Business Unit 3 has subordinated Business Division 1 (includes six business departments for Japan market and two business departments for European & American market), Business Department 6(for European & American business market), Fabric Development Department, Technical Development Department and General Management Department, etc., with a total of 100 staffs. There are three subordinate garment factories, namely Weihai Dishang Innovating Industry Zone Management Co., Ltd. Huayi Branch, Qiqihar Nongken Dishang Huacheng Garment Co., Ltd. and Qingdao Dishang Huazhe Garment Co., Ltd.

Business Departments for Japan market: There are six business departments, with 18 merchandisers, 20 QC technicians, 10 sample makers and 3 CAD technicians, the annual export volume exceeds 800,000 pieces of clothes, and the annual export value exceeds 28 million US dollars. Mainly good at Men's and Women's woolen coats, half coats, windbreakers, casual wear, Padded clothes, Down jackets, workwear series and other products, mainly export products to the Japan market.

Business Departments for European & American market: There are three business departments, with 14 merchandisers, 20 QC technicians, 10 sample makers, 5 CAD technicians, the annual export volume exceeds 1.2 million pieces of clothes, and the annual export value exceeds 22 million US dollars. Mainly good at men's and women's workwear series (suits, trousers, skirts, vests, uniforms and other products), seam taped clothes, woolen coats, padded clothes, Down jackets, shirts and sweaters and other products. Mainly exported to United Kingdom, United States, Australia and other markets. Major customers include BROOK TAVERNER, PROQUIP, LINE OF TRADE, FELT, TOGGI, BANNER, ALINTA and other brands.

Garment factories：

Weihai Dishang Innovation Industry Park Management Co., Ltd. Huayi Branch, grew out of Weihai Dishang Huayi Garment Co., Ltd., which was established in December 2007. The factory has a building area of 5,600 square meters and has 240 employees now. It mainly produces men's and women's woolen coats, half coats, Tops, jackets, windbreakers and cotton-padded clothes, with an annual production capacity of 500,000 pieces.

Qingdao Dishang Huazhe Garment Co., Ltd., was established in March 2021. The factory has a building area of 3,000 square meters and has 140 employees now. It mainly produces Men’s and Women’s uniforms and school uniforms and other products, with an annual production capacity of 300,000 pieces. It is a professional school uniform factory of Dishang Group and has passed SEDEX certification.

Qiqihar Nongken Dishang Huacheng Garment Co., Ltd. was established in April 2018. The factory has a building area of 4,600 square meters and has 200 employees now. It mainly produces men's and women's workwear series (including suit, trousers, skirt and vest series) and other products, with an annual production capacity of 350,000 pieces.
